A tack volume skirt with a bold flare silhouette is tailored with a unique flower -like fringe jacquard fabric.
We are particular about making a bold flare silhouette by sewing a thin and soft fringe jacquard dough with a lining and sewing with a tack.
The waist is also excellent in attaching and detaching due to total rubber.
