Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

  • Flat rate: ¥790 (tax included).

  • Free shipping for orders over ¥20,000 (tax included).

  • All prices displayed online include tax.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and must be settled in advance together with the product price.

  • No additional payment will be required upon delivery.

Shipping Methods

  • Domestic shippings within Japan are handled by Sagawa Express; International shippings are handled by FedEx.
  • As a general rule, customers cannot select the delivery method, date, or time slot. If you wish to request a specific delivery method, date, or time slot due to special circumstances, please contact us before placing your order. Requests made after an order is placed cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Pre-Order Shipping

  • The shipping schedule for pre-order items is listed on each product page. Please check before ordering.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Domestic shippings within Japan: 1–3 days after dispatch (3–4 days for remote islands and certain areas); International shipping: 3–10 days after dispatch.
  • To ensure reliable delivery, all shipments are made using methods that include tracking numbers.
  • Please note that delivery may be delayed in the event of natural disasters or large-scale public events.

Damage During Shipping

  • We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping to prevent scratches or dents on the outer boxes. However, once the items have been handed over to the delivery company, damage may occur due to unforeseen incidents during transport. We kindly ask for your understanding that minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging, which do not affect the product itself, cannot be accepted as grounds for complaint.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • If you are unable to receive your package, please contact the delivery company using the details provided on the missed delivery notice.
  • If the package is returned to us due to the storage period at the delivery company expiring, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
  • For international deliveries, in the case of reshipment, both the shipping cost and any additional delivery-related fees must be borne by the customer.
  • If the package is returned due to non-receipt, only the product price will be refunded; shipping and other costs are non-refundable.
