Credit card payment, deferred payment Paidy (convenience stores/banks), and PayPal are available.

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 790 yen (tax included).
Free shipping for purchases over 20,000 yen (tax included).

For delivery outside of Japan, we will calculate the cost of delivery at check-out, so please pay in advance along with the product price.
There is no charge to be borne when receiving the product.

After sending us an "Order Confirmation Email", if the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 5 business days.

About the product

Once the order is completed, pre-ordered items will be produced and ordered as ordered items, so it will take longer to ship than regular items. The delivery date is listed on the product page, so please be sure to check before placing your order.

Delivery information 

You cannot specify the delivery company or delivery date and time.

Delivery within Japan will be by Sagawa Express.

Delivery outside of Japan will be made by DHL.

Please contact the contact information listed on the delivery company's absence letter.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for items returned to us after the storage period has passed and the item returned to us cannot be delivered due to incomplete addresses.

For re-shipment of shipping outside of Japan, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and other shipping costs again.
If the product cannot be received and is returned due to delivery outside of Japan, we cannot refund any costs other than the product price.

About the points

It will be given 24 hours after the product is shipped.

Points will be subtracted from the points earned if you return them.

Points and coupons cannot be used in combination.

Points will be added to the product price.

Points will be 1 point = 100 yen.
Also, if the purchase amount contains less than 100 yen, it will be rounded down.
Example: If the product price is 10,000 yen and the shipping fee is 790 yen, the additional amount will be 100 points.

The expiration date is one year from the last day you earn points.
Once the expiration date has passed, points will be invalid and will no longer be available.
